SMTP Inbound Port Settings

You could modify the SMTP Inbound Port Settings so that only Name & Password authentication only is allowed (i.e. Disable anonymous), but then that may cause problems with other SMTP Hosts attempting to send email to this Server.
So I think you'll have to look for means to insure that "Name & Password Authentication Required for SMTP Host" is enabled outside of Lotus Domino; unless you can afford to disable Anonymous Authentication for the SMTP Inbound Port.
