Using a Lenovo W520 laptop with Win7x64 and Notes 8.5.2 FP2. Notes worked without any problems until I setup a managed mail replica - then the icons disappeared, and the outline boxes around the TO, cc, bcc, and subject fields also disappeared. Hitting the F9 key does bring some of the icons back. As soon as I removed the managed replica all is well. We also took an image of a working W520, did the MS sysprep thingy on it, and then restored the image to new W520. After the restore Notes was broken in the same manner - missing icons and outline boxes.
