Need your xpertise inputs etc..

I have Spell-check messages before sending option disabled on my client. I have full access to another mail database. When forward a message from another mail database, it prompts spell-check.. Any ideas? Both my mailfile and another database have same template version 8.5.1.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated..
