user registration through java code

Hi Brain,


The super admin user that we use as service account has the all the roles enabled.
The roles are:
GroupCreator
GroupModifier
NetCreator
NetModifier
PolicyCreator
PolicyModifier
PolicyReader
ServerCreator
ServerModifier
UserCreator
UserModifer

It also has

Create documents
Delete documents
Create private agents
Create personal folder/views
Create shared folders/views
Create LotusScript/Java agents
Read public documents
Write public documents
Replicate or copy documents

User type == Person
Access == Manger

Still we are getting the same error. Please help me in resolving it.
