I thought I read you were running a 8.5 template. If you are running a supported template try one or more of the following:
* Using another user's 6.5 client open your mail file with your id and verify if the issue remains on a specified document
* Copy a problem document from your mail file to another mail file (if access issues use a blank db as an intermediate step). Test forwarding with another users mail db and id file using an 8.5 client and 6.5 client.
Consider contacting support with a reproducible scenario if:
* You cannot recreate bad behavior with 6.5 client with same mail db and id file
* You cannot reproduce bad behavior after copying document to mail db being accessed with 6.5 client but can reproduce when coping to mail db being accessed with 8.5 client
