RE: Mail disappears from Android inbox

Another thing to check which has tripped people up in the past is mail rules. The mobile devices only allow the mails to be in one folder unlike Notes/Domino where the mail can be in multiple folders/views. Traveler will consider the last/most recent folder as the "one folder" for the device. So, if it comes into the Inbox and then gets filed someplace else by a rule, the mobile device is only going to see it in the "someplace else".
You can also take a user dump and look for the UNID of the document in the dump to determine what Traveler knows about the document.
