Must be FW issue

Based on your explanation its pretty clear that the issue must be caused by the firewall.
Another option I can think of is the Domino HTTP configuration which (maybe) has changed to NOT allow any traffic from IP addresses other than XYZ , so check your server document / Internet Protocols / HTTP
Check the allow/deny lists in the lower left corner...
