Reverse engineering

The replicator tab is technically stored within the location document.

See the field $SiteMapList - this is your enemy.
This is a field storing an outline (data type Outline List), but unfortunately there are not LotusScript (nor API calls) available to attach the NotesOutline class to a custom field within a document.

If you really want to dig deep, then you can try to reverse engineer the structure, which I think is hard to guess.

Without having a knowledge of the (undocumented) data type and its structure, you have no chance... not even with API calls.

So try your luck by purchasing a 3rd party tool which is managing your desktops, e.g. Cooperteam desktop manager, ClientGenie, or MarvelClient... just to name a few options
