Same issue here Dell E6420 Windows 7 64bit Sp1 Standard 8.5.2fp3
Same issue here seems to only be affecting our Dell E6420 laptops with Windows 7 64bit SP1 - running Standard 8.5.2 or 8.5.2fp3 - Does not affect same OS and level on my E4200 laptop.
