Updating Existing Documents

Thanks for sharing your solution. In the example code you provided it looks like you are pushing data for a new Notes document over to SharePoint. How are you handling changes to an existing Notes document? We have a custom list in SharePoint and I want to build a Domino/XPages front-end where users can create/edit documents and also store the data in SharePoint.
