Hi All,
when trying to send emails to external domains, eg., gmail/yahoo/hotmail - getting a message as below "Protocol Returned a Permanent Error"

but when I send emails from gmail/yahoo/hotmail, able to recieve them on domino

when sending email to gmail.

Error transferring to gmail-smtp-in.l.google.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error

when sending email to hotmail

Error transferring to mx4.HOTMAIL.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 OU-002 (COL0-MC4-F38) Unfortunately
