Maternity leave!

The use case here is maternity leave, which I'd have thought was relatively common.
Since she's coming back I don't really want to go messing with custom templates etc.

If IBM are considering this then updating the OoO service itself would be much better than an auto-reply rule. Although it's not perfect, at least the OoO can (should?) consider the correct behaviour for things like mailing lists.
