Some of my users have feedback to me that they have encountered a weird issue when using their mailbox. i.e.Some records are not shown when they sort the view by Date, Time, Size or Subject but they are shown when they sorted them by Who. For example, if there are 100 records in a view, when the user sorted the view by Who, 100 records will be shown in a sorted manner, but when they sorted them by Date, Time, Size or Subject, only 20 records are shown on the view.
Point to note: although the records are not shown on the view, but when i do Ctrl + A on the sorted view, it actually shows that 100 records selected.
Can anyone help me on this? What actually happens?
