THERE IS NO DIRECT WAY

the certifieridfile is expected to be a file on your local system. there is no direct way of doing this. however, there is a roundabout way of doing it.

get ref to the doc that stores your cert ID file . get ref to richtextitem in which the cert id file is att. get ref to the first att in the rt item field. create a file in the localdisk and save the att there. give ref to certifieridfile in the format c:/.../ .. whereever u save the cert id file. process with code for registration
delete the cert id file on the disk using kill
