Standard Configuration

Running Windows 7 64bit on Lenovo T420

The buttons disappeared when I fiddled with Sametime - for a while they would appear and disappear, now they have gone for good! This is a new installation (machine only arrived 3 days ago)

F9 makes the buttons appear again but not the gridlines around the send details.

Does anyone have a fix yet?
