this has been happenning for the past 3 months. I have exhausted efforts with IBM help desk and have done clean installs of the Notes client 3 times now. Problem goes away for a matter of 2-3 days then comes back. Crases notes 2-5 times a day Always when opening a mail message. Does not matter if on server copy or local copy
