Got Same Problem here

Hi, I also got same problem.

The log from homepage of user Lotus Traveler

Apple-iPad3C3: Waiting for a Message from the Device and these sync requests from the server are pending: mail:add, calendar:add

I try to open from the ipad, it said
"Cannot Get Mail: the connection to the server failed"

I already tried to install and reset the new profile on the device. But it back to to the error again. I also try to follow this web suggesstion, but also didn't work
