Repsave conflicts with calendar profiles are a bugger

I have just this very day advised a client NOT to do what you are trying to do, because repsave conflicts of profile docs WILL occur (and even more so if users are using local replicas) and the process to remove them is hideous
You have to;
Delete the local replica
Delete the profile doc for the user on the server mailbox
Compact the mailbox
Create a new replica of the mailbox
Delete the old replica
Delete the profile doc again (that should have gotten rid of the repsave version)
Compact the mailbox again
Create a new replica of the mailbox again
Delete the old replica again

REALLY tedious
