certreq.nsf self ca

Hi

When you go to the website *.domain.net a ssl certificate has been installed. This is a normal procedure.

I want to use my self as a CA and add my existing certificate into the CA server so when a user retrieves a certificate form certreq.nsf it shall be trusted and trusted as root.

How can I accomplish this? where can I find the option where to import the certificate. Is this almost same as "Create an Internet certifier"?

Thanks for any input.
