Do you have to use mail?

I tend to send doc/view links and have users link directly to the document in question rather than putting an intermediary (mail) in the way and letting an agent process that mail.

I my case, it's rare that the response a person makes is simple enough to be something a mail-in agent could handle; users modify multiple fields on the doc in question, never the same way twice, and in any order. Plus by putting them into the app, they have ready access to other information related to the doc.

Just a thought.
