What is "AllView"?

Your code is calling db.getview ("AllView"), but there is no standard view in names.nsf called "AllView".

If this is a custom view, then either you have forgotten to sort the first column, or the contents of the User field in your uidoc are not an exact match for the value in the sorted column.
