I am trying to reproduce your problem, with no luck. Can you please provide exact steps to reproduce the problem?
Also, need to know the following:
Does this happen with every address you try to use?
If not, on the 'failing' address, need to know exactly what fields are filled in on that contact.
Are you creating a new contact and clicking the Company Name link?
