Thank you but...

I don't think this issue is our dns server. We have been successfully sending emails to this domain without issue for a very long time. Now nothing goes through to them at all, and we have no issues with any other outbound smtp mail. And this is from both of our outbound smtp servers.

That technote says that "the DNS server is timing out. Domino passes the outbound destination Internet domain to the DNS service to resolve. If the DNS service is unreliable and temporarily unavailable, Domino outbound SMTP mail routing will stop functioning." To me that implies that we should be having this issue with more than this one domain. And it's not like any other ________.rr.com destine message is getting through. None of them are because they are all trying to reach those two smtp servers.

The technote also says to update my dns server. With what entry? I don't manage the dns server so would have to explain to the person who does what is wrong and why he needs to make a specific change.
