I must be missing something?

I installed the CD8 client, and reviewed the mail template. Didn't see anything like your screenshot.

So, I upgraded a development server to CD8 (thinking maybe the new template was only server-based), and couldn't find the fields in your screenshot there either.

Am I missing something obvious here?
Is the template called something else?
