Hi, I am a new Lotus Notes user (used Outlook 2007 at my previous job), and I have a question. I would like to make an email template (has recipients, subject, body pre-filled with a message that can be tweaked before sending) and I haven't found a way to do this yet. Am I using the wrong terminology for this or is it just not possible with Notes?
