@Gregg there is setting on the server (email date filter) that mirrors a setting on the device. Mine is currently set @ 1 week. As I understand this setting, mail that is older than a week drops off the inbox on device. However, what's happening to a few of my users is that *all* of their mail is disappearing from their inbox. I'm inclined to think that this is a bug of the software.
