A problem enabling DB2 Access

When I'm configuring DB2 Access to Domino, hitting 'Test DB2 Access' in the admin client causes the following error:

I have seen somebody complained earlier on this forum to this error, bu in his case the reason was a wrong path in the server document (/home/db2inst1 instead of /home/db2inst1/sqllib). We seemingly got this part right. Can somebody help us out of this, please? Thank you.
