Hi All
Hoping to get some help.
I have a customer who is experiencing strange notes behavior where if the inbox folder is clicked twice, all messages vanish. If you click on a different folder, then back to inbox, all messages are still missing.
the only way to see them again is to right click the Inbox folder and select 'open'.
This only happens when using Notes in Standard version.
I believe this is a design issue however, as we can reproduce this across different client machines. I have refreshed/replaced template also.
Any tips that I could take to my Notes Admins? or things I can try myself to resolve?
