Subject: Designer *really* needs the ability to clean up its applications menu.

After just a few dozen applications, Designer gets slow & choppy. Deletion takes nearly a minute, just getting rid of an app in the applications navigator.

I tried a few suggestions on-Web as well. And crashed Designer in the process of trying them. Now neither Designer *nor* Notes launches.
