AFAIK you can run 32-bit Domino in 64-bit Windows

I am pretty sure you can run 32-bit Domino on 64-bit server OS. Certain older versions of 32-bit Domino will run badly in a 64-bit operating system, as described in this technote:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21391477
This is supposedly fixed in later version.

It is a known issue that certain 32-bit add-ons will not work in a 64-bit Domino environment.
