One-off or persistent?

If it's a one-off error, and closing and re-opening Notes fixes it, I wouldn't waste much time wondering why it happens. Notes and Domino are far from perfect, and little problems occur like that all the time.

If it's a persistent problem, especially if it's always for the same user, then more investigation would be worthwhile.
