Chances are the recipient system is looking for your MX record information to verify that your domain and the sending IP match. Spammers typically will send an email with a "@domain.com" from an IP does not match the domain. Thus, spam filters will not accept the message if they can't verify that the sender is indeed who they say they are.
Fix your Reverse Lookup on your MX record and you should be able to send.
