I am a IBM Business Partner - I am not able to create SPR
I really would like to create a SPR, but as I am experiencing the issue "at home", not at a customer site, I can not create a SPR.
Business Partners do not As far as I know have a way of creating SPRs for issues with IBM products if they are not related to a customer. I just did log on to http://www-01.ibm.com/software/lotus/support/notes/probsub.html, and I can only create SPRs for my customers, nor for myself.
