Our department is trying to perform a full-text search of attachments contained in MS Outlook messages. We are able to search attachments (via the Notes Search Bar) contained in Outlook 2007 messages when not using conversion filters. However, we would like to be able to search Outlook 2007 and 2010 message attachments with conversion filters for several reasons. The only IBM documentation we have seen so far refers to such searches being possible in Outlook 2003:

We cannot find any references regarding search-ability with conversion filters on Outlook 2007 and 2010 attachments.

Does anyone know if it is possible to search Outlook 2007 and 2010 message attachments using conversion filters? Has anyone tried this before?
