Resfresh the NAB DB Design

Did you try to refresh manually the desing of the NAB ?

If not, try it and see if the Mail Rule tab comes back.

It it's coming back and later it disappears again, it means one of the server you have doesn't have the right template and the nightly designer task on this server reverts the design a previous version.
