We have a few meeting rooms in the office which have their own calendar in lotus notes.

The problem is now that there are 2 rooms which can be merged into 1 big room by moving a wall between both.

Names of room:
Showroom = Showroom1+Showroom2
Showroom1
Showroom2

But when someone reserve in lotus notes Showroom1 from 09:00 till 10:00, then Showroom needs also been blocked between 09:00 till 10:00

Is this possible in lotus notes or not?

Another possibility is that the persons needs to block it by them self in showroom too, but if it can be programmatically arranged that would offcourse be a better solution.
