64 vs 32 bits?

Re your problem in the other thread - calling the COM object from the server...

The client is 32 bits. I presume that the COM object is 32 bits, too, otherwise I don't think it would work at all. So are the OS and server 64 bits? If so, I believe the COM object DLL needs some registry entries to make it accessible from 64 bit code, as described here: http://www.codeproject.com/Tips/267554/Using-bit-COM-Object-from-bit-Application
