still the same

we've tried that config change and still get the same error. the profile validates as it checks the login but can't connect to the server when opening the mail, or syncronise. this error appears on the server...

INFO Worker-004 CN=Martin Rolph/O=Oval[Appl87927BCC3NP] WorkManager$WorkerRunnable.run#494 Device sent a policy key of 0 which is zero or does not match the server stored policy key of 1277201770346, so a 449 HTTP return code will be sent

could that be it?
