reported to Lotus Development in SPR MBLT8CCJ3H

Hello all,

This issue has been reported to Lotus Development in SPR MBLT8CCJ3H. This was only recently reported as of last week, so it will take some time for Development to reproduce the issue and determine what happened. Right now the only workaround is to rename NPNOTES.DLL and try to run the FP1 install again.
