We have some form of Domino fail over setup (I don't know the particulars but could get questions answered).
Today my primary Domino was expectedly taken down whilst I was at lunch to implement Microsoft's security patch from last week.
I came back to my desk and Notes had created an NSD log but the client was still up. I checked my email and it then crashed and did an Apple Crash Report.
I restarted Notes and it offered to send a crash report to IBM, which I let it do.
Notes then attached to the fail over and then immediately generated another NSD log and I've repeated the whole crash reporting cycle again.
I'm now waiting until the primary is brought back online.
