set Web Browser

You must first set the default browser for your Operating system (O/S). If using Firefox, Go to Tools/Advanced and select option to set fiore fox as the default browser for the O/S. Then Go to your Lotus Notes CLient and select Files/Preferences/Web Browser, and select the option to use the default browser for the operating system.
