Subject: ID Vault error "Entry not found in index"
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: ID Vault
Technical Area: Error Message
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.1
Reproducible: Always

I am using the Password Reset Authority from the right pane menu in de administrator for adding an admin from a hosted domain XXXXXX. The admin is member of the domain XXXXXX.
I get the error:

Add the following password reset authorities:
PASSWORD RESETTER CERTIFICATE CREATION TO ALLOW ADMINX XXXXXX/XXXXXX TO RESET PASSWORDS FOR USERS IN THE ORGANIZATION /XXXXXX FAILED WITH ERROR. (ENTRY NOT FOUND IN INDEX)

Questions in this case are, which index is meant here and is it possible to use the Vault when CA Process is applied to the environment.

Analyzing the Vault Security Log was not of any help. Actually, none of the logs was of any help yet.

Any ideas how to tackle this issue?
