Doc Properties Box

We also are seeing the document properties box weirdness if the Designer is also open. We also get windows opening up in wrong clients if both open. We sometimes get a similar error when it does open in the wrong client.

We are also seeing the same flakiness with the doc properties open in 8.02 where if I'm looking a dn element properties, go back to a document then I have to do alt-enter twice to get it to go away and come back. It basically partially clears and seems "locked up". In reality a simple toggle of the dialog "fixes" it until the next time.
