Hi

although I agree with Brian that the sender has the recipient setup incorrectly, you can force the Domino server to convert the WinMail.DAT file back to "normal" - AFAIK its the following notes.ini setting:

TNEFENABLECONVERSION=1

I cannot for certain say that this is the only setting you need but if you do a search you should come up with a how-to :o)
