This may be a DNS problem. Ensure that your DNS record properly reflects the domino server name. You can also try to reach the server from the client by using the server's IP address. On the client, go to FILE/Open Lotus Notes Application (Ctrl O), and then place the IP address into the browse window instead of the server name.
