Re: Slowness of Version 8.5.1

Yes, the Standard version of any 8.x install is slower compared to any 7.x release. The Basic version of a 8.x release, in my experience, is about the same as a 7.x release.

If you're running the standard version you can always switch to the basic by putting UseBasicNotes=1 in your notes.ini
