I'm getting complaints about the faint grey font now being used in the mail box. Someone suggested blithely just pointing users at this document http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/dominowiki.nsf/dx/how-to-modify-font-and-color-properties-of-unreadread-documents-in-notes-8.0.2 to which I went, *as if*!!!

Am I missing something under preferences where users can just set to font colour back to the bog-standard, ordinary black colour? Or maybe in group policies?
