same problem

I've just installed OS 4 onto my iphone and now traveler doesn't work. I get the same error as you. Have tried deleting and re-installing the profile but that doesn't help.

In the Traveler nsf on the server my device now comes up without the name or the OS version so I guess it's now unrecognised? Have IBM said OS 4 is supported?
