Windows single sign-on for Web clients requires rigorous attention to configuration details. From your description, it seems that the problem is in the Active directory setup, because no Kerberos ticket was produced. I encourage you to rigorously execute all the steps provided in the troubleshooting guide.
Please note that it is the case that the windows machine where the client browser is running also must belong to the same Active directory domain as the Domino server, unless there are trust relationships in place between the Domino server Active directory and the browser client machine's Active directory. You did not fully describe your configuration, including the client machine, so it is not clear if you have a supported and properly configured client and browser environment.
