move existing users to new traveler server

Suppose your company has worldwide offices with regional mailservers and you have 1 central traveler server.
At a given moment you decide to create a second traveler server closer to regional mailservers for better perfomance. Is it possible to move part of existing traveler users to the new traveler server without having to do a new full sync?
